African American Men's

Counseling, Therapy & Life Coaching

In Office/Virtual

We provide individual counseling for men who wrestle with depression, anxiety, anger, addition and more.

Therapy is not just about overcoming obstacles therefore we also encourage men to check in before a crisis arises.

We provide counseling services for couples in the dating, pre-marital/engagement, and postnuptial stage.

We also assist families who may be experiencing difficulties or who just need to fine tune the way in which they relate to each other.

Our clients can expect to gain greater confidence and intuition while receiving encouragement and inspiration. As your life coach we help you identify roadblocks, we help set goals, and help you develop an action plan to move past obstacles.

Searching for a job can create anxiety, stress, and other physical and emotional health issues. As such, we incorporate appropriate therapeutic interventions as well as assessments, as needed, to help you on your vocational journey.

Our Approach

There was a time when therapy/counseling was taboo in our community. The common thought was, "I'm not crazy, so why would I need to see a therapist?" Thankfully counseling is on an upward trend and our community is realizing the need for emotional health services. Traditional methods and ways of approaching counseling still have their place but in today's social, political, and economic climate, we need a fresh approach. We exist to meet the therapeutic needs of all men but we also take into consideration the differing needs of those belonging to Generation X, Millennials and Gen Z.
